GeoShred is an award-winning, fluidly expressive musical instrument that runs on multi-touch devices.

It has a performance surface with “almost magic” pitch rounding algorithms which is coupled with a model of the physics of several types of musical instruments, support for AUv3, MIDI In/Out, MPE, and 3D Touch. It’s a fusion of Jordan Rudess’ performance concepts and a powerful, modeled guitar/effects based on the Physical Modeling research of Dr. Julius O. Smith III of Stanford/CCRMA. And, GeoShred's expressive control can be used with other synthesizers.

The most intuitive, best-sounding way of playing and composing with almost limitless choice of instruments and timbres.
 If you can’t have serious fun with this, then you need serious help.
  
Also - I had a serious glitch for a bit, and I was zombagulated at the rapid and expert frontline help, and follow up that not only fixed Le problem, but went the extra light year in seeing it right through.
  These guys have thought it right through, and it shows.

I had the GUY from #dreamTHEATRE suggest to write a review after his POP-up again  - but I guess my ”monster “ shredding with two hands means  it might be sort of cheating —  /- referance to the VUDU CHILLI renditions backing track is actually For aGood time … but not sure it’s really “catfish blues , or REDHOUSE -or SOUNDS like a #LEDzeppelin  SONG

I mainly got it , because I purchased a second hand #jamstik+ abd had been bombing out with it on other apps , BUT referance to the list of existing SETUPS - I thought it worthwhile and  also SEABOARD setup — it works good but need to go back to its parent APP TO change sensitivity on JAMSTIK+

I see that the addon expansion instruments like SWAMviola is fairly expensive 

I thought it be !funny to send my demo of VUDUCHILLI TO the guy from #DREAMtheatre (GeoShred ) discretely coz ; people might be worried about it /- “shred like a MONSTOR “ re- referance how but I am ^ #EXPERIENCED -‘   ‘ perhaps good learning tool aswell in terms like  jamming cord changes or expanding on IDEAS principle  with the #backingtrack progressions -  ( not sure exactly how reintegrating  going back to real Guitar would be strange  — or limits on the expansive EFFECTS on it  and or what can achieve ?tweeking the finer details of the INSTRUMENT like STRING TENSION OR THE BODY etc

I can’t speak highly enough of this app. The quality of sound is second to none and allows amateur musicians to produce fantastic music. Due to a mid-life health issue that has left me with a disability in both hands that hampers my physical guitar and keyboard playing, GeoShred is a superb instrument app that has improved my playing out of sight.
Play the app in standalone mode, utilise within AUM or Audiobus as a keyboard for multiple other app instances. Utilise IDAM and GeoShred on your iPad can be a MIDI controller, or act as an external instrument to Logic Pro, receiving MIDI data and sending audio back to Logic.
The uses of this app are endless. And the quality of the GeoSWAM instruments can’t be overstated. 
Don’t hesitate to add GeoShred to your musical app library.
