Geotab Drive

App is super slow, terribly unreliable, crashes. The interface is ok but moving from screen to screen is awful. And the personal conveyance portion is always glitching.

Im not a professional driver but i do drive a truck that is net over 5500kg for my job. Im forced to use this app by my company. It would be a decent app but the lag is unbelievable. I spend an insane amount of time waiting to verify my logs while i could be doing my actual job.

Garbage garbage garbage. Plz don’t use this garbage app not give you logs on time .

This app won’t allow you to log off driving while you are in the passenger seat. This is causing me all kinds of trouble as this is being used to police driving habits.

Mise à jour, le problème est encore pire qu’avant et ne font rien pour le corriger. Une demande a été envoyée aux autorités compétentes avec toutes les informations concernant le problème rencontré. Une demande de suspension a été aussi demandé auprès de la SAAQ, Commission des transports du Québec car les chauffeurs utilisant Geotab risque des amendes salés causé par le problème.Toujours problèmes de journée non vérifié récurrent. J’ai envoyé des imprimes écrans du problème sans aucune correction apporté à ce jour. Isaac est de loin supérieur.

The new update is draining the battery

Over complicated app. Could easily be simplified and also look a lot better to. The verifying logs that I drive for that day always seems to put me over my HOS and in violation, and there’s no way to fix that. So according to the app I’m in violation usually, when I’ve been home slept and started a new day. I’ve also run into the app not logging you out as off duty and logging back in the next time showing I’m in violation. I’ve told my company to switch to motive(keeptrucking) as it was a better experience all around, but they’re cheap and want to use this.

When I park the truck for the day it keeps me on driving for two hours instead of putting me on on duty not driving. This sucks and needs to be upgraded!!!

I’m off duty, haven’t used the app at all today, but it used 17% of my battery life today. Not very intuitive or user friendly.

Been using this app for over a year now and I’m in a good spot to say that this is what happens when you make an app without the input of actual drivers. Zero effort went into making this actually functional and accurate.
