## GERD & Acid Reflux Tracker Description
GERD OS is a clinician-built logging app for gastro-oesophageal reflux disease. Built by
a practicing gastroenterologist, it captures the symptom patterns
and clinical anchors that make a gastroenterology visit useful.

What you log:
  • Heartburn and regurgitation frequency and severity
  • Timing — with meals, at bedtime, and nocturnal symptoms
  • Triggers — foods, late meals, body position
  • PPI / H2-blocker use and symptom response (GERD-Q components)

What you get:
  • Today’s note: written from your answers, with a plan you can read line by line and the reason behind each line
  • A GERD-Q proxy score tracked over time
  • For your next visit: what you recorded and the questions worth asking your gastroenterologist, on one page
  • Premium: a one-page visit report for your doctor, symptom trends and CSV export
  • A library of ACG-aligned references on reflux management, PPI use and
    de-prescribing, lifestyle change, and alarm features
