### *---- "Why remove make it complicated to pay my credit? Constant crash outs."
Every single time I log in, the app will crash and turn off, the website does the same thing. Why did you change the credit payments process? It was much easier to transfer a payment from checking to credit and it would process that same day. Now we have to make unnecessary steps to pay when the payment won’t even go through for 3 days. You guys are stupid.

Please update like yesterday. And please spend some money from your customer acquisition costs to make it more robust. This is a pathetic app that is so so outdated my nickname is the t-Rex of banking apps. And at least t-tex had teeth. This is toothless, no bite at all.

### *---- "Terribly clunky and unreliable"
Easily the worst banking app I have ever used. I couldn’t imagine ever suggesting anyone use gesa as a primary bank considering the state of this app. The UI is clunky and unresponsive, the app runs incredibly slowly, worst of all, it frequently displays incorrect information on credit accounts.

As of the most recent update, In order to make a payment on a gesa credit account with funds from your gesa checking account, you must first add your checking account as if it’s an external account from another institution. A cumbersome process to say the least.

Making payments on a credit account close to or after the due date results in the app incorrectly displaying “no payment due”  until your next closing date. This is effectively a trap to generate late fees on credit accounts which, I have to imagine, is incredibly successful at doing just that. Gesa has been aware of this issue for at least a year and has failed to do anything about it.

All in all, gesa is a fine institution with well above average interest rates on their savings accounts, and high approval rates on credit applications. That being said, just my experience using this app has tainted my experience as a gesa member to the point that I wouldn’t recommend this institution for anything other than saving money.

As of recent, the current update has made the app extremely slow. After they added the card management for some reasons it’s just super bad. Terribly organized and paying a balance use to take one step now I have to click into three different tabs just to pay. And that’s if you’re lucky it even loads. I have to exit the app just so I can load up properly.

Worst banking app ever, they don’t update the software, all out of date.! Impossible to swap money around through the goddamn app . If I could leave a 0 star I would in a heartbeat. Multi million dollar company you would think they would invest something into the app ! Worst company , go to Numerica credit union! I went over and the app is 10 times better the user interface actually loads ! And dosnt go down ever other day.  0/10

This app continues to have issues, from logging in or just being slow to react. Have been waiting for update to fix the issues, but it never comes when there’s a new update. Constantly having to ‘switch profile’ to log in, even after saving ‘saving user login’ every time. Basically, it doesn’t remember me anymore and doesn’t use Face ID anymore. I’ve deleted everything, deleted the app, started over, enrolled device (again) in ‘biometric enrollment’ and still never remembers me. The app is broken and going through the browser is just a better experience than this app. Time to get new programmers.

### **--- "New App Makes Banking Laborious"
The new app rolled out four or five months ago. Seems like all the bugs are worked out, but this is indeed the final app result. It’s poor quality, poor user interface. Redundant screens, redundant clicks, but it takes almost a week for funds to process. It takes 5 days for in-app, in credit union credit card payments/ money transfers. Chunks of money are frozen in transit for a near week: funds not useable from debit and same funds not useable on same credit union credit. The old app was instant payments in-app in credit union. Man, we’ve gone backwards in tech progress. We’ve changed for the worse something that didn’t need changing.
