## GET Electric Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Unusable"
If this is after the bug fix it must have been really bad before.
-- thisnicnameisalreadytaken, 2025-04-12

### *---- "Can you make it any less user friendly?"
Worst EV charging app I’ve seen. Sorry GET but it’s true.
-- wade_douglas, 2024-06-11

### *---- "Utterly useless and privacy invading"
It’s apps like this that make owning an EV frustrating
It asks for WAY more info than is reasonable - why would it need to know EVERYTHING about me and my car? Odometer? Get stuffed
And it wouldn’t accept it anyway
I wasted several minutes in front of the charger giving away far more personal info than I want too, and then gave up!
Go to the next charging station and tell ‘Get’ to GET STUFFED!
-- Albine Nikhil, 2024-03-08

### *---- "Horrendous"
Horrible app, complained multiple times. Too many errors, best to just not use these guys/app. Go elsewhere. They seem to not be able to get that stuff sorted
-- DANIELFRANK991, 2023-05-20

### *---- "Not really trusting this app"
When an app asks for as much personal data as this one does to charge your car, I think something else is going on here. I think I’ll charge elsewhere.
-- jcafmnf, 2023-01-03

### *---- "Why do you want my odometer reading. It’s none of your business"
Won’t let me add car without unnecessary information. Why do you want my odometer reading. It’s none of your business.

I also agreed with the other review, Sth City Sq is poor reception and overpriced
-- crackerEV, 2022-12-07

### *---- "Too much personal details required ."
Hard to down load with my phone. App requires lots of personal information . I won’t use.
-- another stranded traveller, 2022-07-07

### *---- "Requires too much personal data"
Can’t see why a Chinese company would need me to put in my birthday, my home address and my make and cars odometer!! Other Aust companies just need a phone number and allow you to pay through Apple Pay or PayPal. It seems this is collection of personal data for the company to use/sell. I’ll charge my cat elsewhere thanks.
-- banjo's owner, 2022-02-01

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Worst of all the EV charging apps. Cannot even register.
-- getelecsucks, 2021-11-13

### *---- "DOB"
Date of birth
Not sure if you’re aware but some people are born before 1980 so it would be ideal if you could enter your DOB correctly
-- iStevel, 2021-10-01
