## Get MEActive Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Terrible User Interface & Experience"
The ‘app’ is not very user friendly. Booking classes should be as simple as > select type of class > select available date and time. Design is inconsistent and outdated but what do you expect from a council site. It’s easier to call up and book.

Facilities are good.
-- Lewisaw93, 2023-09-10

### *---- "Absolutely terrible app"
Used this when I had a membership at amphitheater and again today to book my Don into summer scheme. What an ordeal.

Without a doubt the worst user friendly app on my phone. It’s beyond MEABC to do anything properly.
-- ijaxwas, 2022-06-10

### *---- "Useless App"
How anyone was paid to design this app is beyond me. A GCSE student could do a better job. Not user friendly at all! Never able to book anything on here for swimming. It’s 2022 MEA! Come on , youse are paid enough to do better!
-- Caitrind, 2022-05-15

### *---- "So Frustrating"
I suppose it’s what can be expected of a local authority website/app but this is really poor to the point of not being fit for purpose. It’s extremely difficult to book either by phone or online to use their facilities but by adding an app that doesn’t work, they compounded the problem. I’m not a app developer but surely it can’t be that hard to achieve an app that actually works.
-- lil' Chrisy, 2022-02-14

### *---- "Didn’t Get MEActive"
App is rubbish - joined and registered won’t allow me to validate the registration and therefore I can’t book anything. Called the leisure centre get an automated message telling you to book on line - guess what I can’t! Contacted MEA council - still waiting on a reply. Shame I couldn’t rate zero
-- Claireew, 2021-10-20

### *---- "Dreadful"
Doesn’t work. Very poor reflection on MEA council.
-- Missing booze, 2021-10-02

### **--- "Not user friendly"
Attempted to use multiple times on numerous days to book a swim session, repeatedly states an error has occurred please try again later. Unnecessarily complicated registration process, requires web page set up plus app. Can’t book for more than one person each person in group has to register, download app and book individually. System needs improved
-- kpais001, 2021-09-21

### *---- "Very poor App"
Let’s you get on to the app then until you go and pay for the session that you’ve booked it comes up with authentication failed all the time !
Spoke to people that work at the local pool and they gave a leaflet on how to login online. Tried it twice and said the same thing authentication failed.
App is not great at all and advised not to use it !
-- Johno0462, 2021-08-16

### *---- "Joke!!!!!"
Doesn’t work at all. You can register with your membership but after that .......... nothing!
-- ballymenapaul, 2020-10-04

### *---- "Only for members"
App only works if you have a MEA memebership - can’t be used for standard one of bookings.
