I used to play on an app similar to this one back in 2010-2012. I had been looking for a game similar to it. This app has by far beat the other one. I love the competitive feature of owning shares of buildings and trying to get a high rank on the leader boards.  

Pros:
Uses real world landmarks and buildings
Gives a concept of investments and earnings
Fun and competitive among other players
Fun to play while traveling

Cons:
A LOT of the landmarks are outdated (closed businesses)
Some of the landmarks are repetitive
Some landmarks make no sense (ex: Bob’s House, My Garage, Stoplight)

ADS. SO MANY ADS... IT WASN'T LIKE THIS BEFORE... I edited my review from four stars to three because of this. There used to be only a few ads. But now it's with everything you do. I have to keep closing the game and reopening it again to just bypass the long ads!!
