Möchtest du fit werden und dich grossartig fühlen? Möchtest du dein Training an der frischen Luft absolvieren? Dann beginne dein Lauftraining mit der besten Couch to 5k App!

Mit drei angenehmen Trainingseinheiten pro Woche wirst du nach nur neun Wochen eine halbe Stunde am Stück laufen können, auch wenn dir der Wechsel von den Haus- zu den Laufschuhen heute noch als Kampf erscheint!

Get Running überwindet mit seinem bereits sehr populären Couch to 5k Programm die „Einsteiger-Hürde“. In den Trainingseinheiten der ersten Woche wechseln sich einminütige Läufe mit eineinhalbminütigen Geh-Pausen ab. Von Woche zu Woche führt dich eine menschliche Stimme wie eine Art Navigationsgerät durch die Läufe und hilft dir, deine Ausdauer und auch dein Tempo zu steigern, bis du am Ende 30 Minuten am Stück läufst!

Ist eine super simple App, die einem schrittweise dazu bringt 30 min zu laufen.
Es wird dir während dem Laufen angesagt was du als nächstes machen musst. Eigene Musik oder Podcasts laufen ohne Probleme weiter.
Kein Drumherum mit Social Media etc! 
Kilometeranzahl etc wird leider nicht ermittelt, aber das hat jedes Handy heutzutage eh als eigene App eingebaut.

Diese App ist die beste, wenn es darum geht, mit dem Laufen zu beginnen. Habe einige probiert, aber nur hier bekommt man auch zwischendurch Ansagen. Z.B.: Hälfte geschafft, noch 1 Minute usw. Das gibt es bei anderen Apps nicht — und man nutzt ja eine solche App, um NICHT aufs Display oder eine Uhr schauen zu müssen … und auch, weil man anfängt und es einem somit erst einmal etwas schwerfällt; so ist man dankbar über Zwischenansagen!
Allerdings: KEIN GPS. Ich lasse eine andere App mitlaufen, dann weiß ich, wieviel ich geschafft habe...
Klare Empfehlung!
