## GetFit Description
GetFit provide daily workout routines for all of your major muscle groups. With just a few minutes a day, you can build muscle and stay in shape at home without going to the gym. Without the need for tools or a trainer, all exercises can be done according to your body weight.

The app features workouts for abdominal, chest, legs, and arm muscles as well as workouts for the whole body. All workouts are designed by professionals, all of them don't need equipment so there's no need to go to the gym. Although it only takes a few minutes a day, it can effectively tone your muscles and help you get six pack abs at home.

The warm-up and stretching steps are designed to ensure that you exercise scientifically. With animations and instructional videos for each exercise, you can be sure to use the correct format throughout each exercise.
