I've tried logging out and logging in, changing locations, ordering at different times, I've even tried purchasing the cart, all to no avail. I've witnessed a handful of "bug fixes" updates but none for the issue I'm having! I've also been met with crickets when trying to bring the issue to light. The fact that instead of one app, the company makes you have separate apps for different needs isn't enough, they also won't update any of the apps to actually work! I'm continuing to be an unhappy customer with an app that won't work. -- Haley💋, 2025-07-25 ### *---- "Messing up orders" It used to be great, but lately (last couple weeks), it’s been sending sandwich orders through with no toppings. The staff at the location I picked up the sandwich from said it’s been happening to lots of people. I don’t know if the problem is in the iOS app itself, or somewhere downstream in the process of communicating the order or the store, but as far as I’m concerned, the app is the part I interface with and get to review. The bottom line is that the thing I use the app for is fundamentally broken right now. If I can’t trust it to get orders right, I’m just going to stop using it. -- maja326245, 2025-07-23 ### *---- "Won’t load" I downloaded the app and it won’t load the payment screen. -- 73hhgy785?, 2025-05-29 ### **--- "No ApplePay" Might as well have rolling number in the pumps -- Tommy Nuckels, 2025-04-04 ### **--- "Apple Wallet Integration" How is there still no Apple Wallet integration in 2025? I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten up to the register, opened the GetGo app to access the myPerks card, only to find out I’m logged out. Then attempting to login doesn’t work (either because of connectivity issues, cellular reception, etc), and rather than wait and hold up the line, I just complete the purchase without the discounts or perks. This wouldn’t happen if the card was stored locally in Apple Wallet which doesn’t require internet connectivity. I can understand that maybe you want to keep customers in the GetGo app to drive some additional sales but it can’t be at the cost of easy in-store transactions. -- MI751, 2025-03-21 ### *---- "Worthless for age restricted items" I have tried for months to verify my age to see tobacco offers only to be denied instantly saying I have exceeded allowable attempts. I hate this app! -- Shipwreck11, 2025-02-26 ### *---- "App/wallet / store" Why are you guys behind on allowing this card to be added to apple wallet and why are you not showing fuel perks expiration dates in the app this is important info also why are you updating the faces of the pumps in stores hut then not allowing applepay to be used you guys are not making things customer friendly and making it hard to do business Why once again is their still no way to add my card to the wallet on iPhone your falling way behind your competition and it’s very annoying esp when I need to sign into the app all the time please add this right away and also Apple Pay if you allow to pay in the app which I have not used yet but would consider if I could use Apple pay Also why is there still no access for Apple pay at the pumps you said your in the process again I have been to several that have the chip and new screens but yet still not even indicated that Apple pay will be accepted I am going to stop shopping there is they can not be added soon. Still no updates not acceptable -- IdoReviews!, 2025-02-14 ### *---- "Order Went to Wrong Store" Used this app for the first time. After selecting my location, I completed my food ordered and the entire order was sent to a GetGo location 50 miles away. I called the location and told them I would not be picking up that order, but they were not able to cancel. I will not be using the app again since this is such a gamble. This is a terrible glitch. -- emanesence, 2025-02-12 ### ***** "Easy to use" This app is very useful for when I need to grab something quick before I go to work. I can order ahead and have my food ready when I arrive at the store. GetGo also has great coffee for cheaper prices than other companies. Highly recommend!! -- banana.01, 2025-02-05 ### *---- "Build your own" The build your own option no longer works on certain breakfast items and bowls. You can not customize. -- bennett7992, 2025-01-30 [View all GetGo reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## GetGo Discovered Keywords - market cafe - pop and go - getgo - wash'n go - giant eagle - myperks - giant eagle app - market district - giant eagle my perks - giant eagle advantage ## Apps Similar to GetGo - [Meijer - Delivery & Pickup](https://apptail.io/app/meijer-delivery-pickup-PXc/united-states) - [Pay Less](https://apptail.io/app/pay-less-SYc/united-states) - [Coen Markets](https://apptail.io/app/coen-markets-Oou/united-states) - [Fresh Thyme](https://apptail.io/app/fresh-thyme-BzS/united-states) - [Gabe's](https://apptail.io/app/gabes-ltU/united-states) - [MAC.BID](https://apptail.io/app/macbid-ouU/united-states) - [SHOP ’n SAVE](https://apptail.io/app/shop-n-save-lKqc/united-states) - [Acme Fresh Market Grocery](https://apptail.io/app/acme-fresh-market-grocery-icxc/united-states) - [Crew Carwash Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/crew-carwash-rewards-zZyj/united-states) - [OLA - Online Auction](https://apptail.io/app/ola-online-auction-DoKn/united-states) ## GetGo Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/getgo-ROm/united-states) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/getgo-ROm/india) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/getgo-ROm/canada) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/getgo-ROm/united-kingdom) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/getgo-ROm/norway) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/getgo-ROm/poland) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
