The connectivity of the app and the vehicle has to be improved.
Thought of giving it a go after Smove went off the market, but UI started giving issues, kept having timeout issue, gotta restart multiple times. - Car doesn’t start, Tech support tells your template troubleshooting steps, any kid could have known, turns out I had to glitch to start the car myself. - Doesn’t do point A - B, maybe in future? But it’s really a turn off. - Vouchers are pretty much useless unless you’re into like a full day use or specific criteria that are not for the average user. - pricing are not competitive, no initiative for existing users, redundant vouchers. But hey, it’s one opinion, try it to know. 😁
I have not been using this app for more than a year since buying my own car. Recently received a text showing that I have outstanding amount of $xx. Mind you I have never been late for payments and also always gave back the car 10 minutes in advance and when asked what this amount was for they told me that there were changes to the fee and the outstanding amount needs to be paid for the service that I used more than a year ago. Very disgusting and unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLATFORM AT ALL COST.

Have been using the car sharing service for more than a year. Customer support is great and helpful. Plenty of car options around residential places. Cars may have issues for some but customer service supportive on those cases to help customers out. Condition of cars is good most of the times. Discounts coupons available time to time.
Getgo is getting bad to worse. Now consumers have to pay car park fee when driving out of home station. (Because GetGo now don’t pay season parking fees. I experienced a bad incident in 309 CCK station. I have to pay $131.00 in the gantry. I have to reversed the car back to the GetGo car park lot. And demand booking cancellation. Worse scenario I missed my appointment. Live chat is irritating always reply irrelevant issue. There are so many unhappy experiences.
User friendly interface, easy to book, edit bookings, extend bookings, and submit feedback or chat with agent. Response time is fast. However, sometimes it takes longer to lock or unlock the car and cancellation fees are not cheap.
Good experience so far, good car condition and convenient location. Please consider providing options with better insurance coverage, for example full coverage like zero excess for better peace of mind. Most negative experience i saw online are insurance related.
cars are abit of a hit and miss, usually the newer cars tend to be cleaner than the older ones. my first experience with a sienta was revolting as the car had a strong stench of mold/sweat. however, the cars i rented after were rather clean. app is sometimes buggy, and have encountered problems with ending trips for 2 times. the car would not lock as the app prompted that a door was still open even after checking multiple times. this leads to them charging the late fee, which i then have to go through the laborious task of submitting dispute form and waiting for approval. the app development team could look into this issue if possible to avoid all the hassle
