## GetHuman Reviews in United States

### *---- "Blank white screen"
Does nothing. Useless. Garbage. Like sweltering, upturned and bloated roadkill in the sun -except this won’t even grow maggots.
-- Llkkhg hi gfuhfyy try hey J, 2025-10-09

### ***** "Bank screen after loading."
I load the app and get nothing but a blank screen.
Uninstalled and reinstalled.
iOS entirely up to date.

Thx for nothing.
-- f00l1sh, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Nonworking app"
This app is useless does not work on my phone. It is completely blank when I opened it. deleted it reinstall it. Same problem.
-- won't use this again, 2025-06-04

### *---- "Heartbroken"
Long time satisfied user of the desktop site. Downloaded the iPhone app b/c I need to schedule a call for later this week & was hoping to track the process. BUT whenever I try to open the app I get a blank white screen. Would rate 0 stars if I could. What a waste of time.
-- Tetley2005, 2025-04-21

### *---- "Blank Screen"
I really needed this app help but it’s not working?! Why, I don’t know. But the company has gone dark to updating its app.
-- Nevarri, 2025-03-29

### *---- "Hep"
Was a great app. Now something is wrong and won’t work.
-- smith1durham, 2025-03-27

### *---- "NOT OPERATIONAL"
As of 1/2025 this App no longer works on my iPad or iPhone.
-- cdeec4545, 2025-01-29

### *---- "Don’t waste your time"
This app is dead. It was good long ago, but now is useless. I’ve deleted it.
-- Tikitikitembonosorembo, 2025-01-09

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I have loved & used this app since 2004. It does not work now. When I open it I get nothing more than a white screen. And for some reason a non-working app is on the App Store. It is a waste, do not use your storage on it.
-- GeekGirlKizzle, 2025-01-08

### *---- "White screen of nothing"
The only thing that shows up when launching the application is a white screen. Not very useful.
