Don’t wait for your parcel
Like any user i submitted an order and i paid for it. I received a call from the delivery agent after 20 minutes asking me the exact address in a bad way (this is not the first time i received an order from getir) then he hangs up on me. I checked the application and i found that the parcel was delivered! I called getir support and they told me that i will receive my order asap and till now i nothing received.

Siparişi yanlış konuma verdim ve verdikten 5 sn ye sonra fark ettim. İptal etmek için 1 saat ugrastım. Restoranla görüşmemiz lazım dediler. Restoranda telefonu açmadı olan tüketiciye oldu rezil bir uygulamasınız. Ve siparişimi başkası yedi ben ücretini ödedim. Uygulama 5 yıldır telefonumdaydı hesabımı sildim kaldırdım. Böyle saçma bir yemek sipariş uygulamasıyla ile karşılaşmadım hiç. Rezilsiniz
