This app takes service fees which is stated in their “fine print” when booking, but not clearly stated as non-refundable. All bookings are actually NOT FULLY REFUNDED to you and a huge portion of your money is deducted by the platform. I am assuming that’s how they make their money but for an app that claims to have “risk-free” bookings, make sure you are 100% sure before confirming your booking and ensure that you have communicated everything beforehand if you do not wish to be at loss. According to the agreement the vendor can cancel last minute due to weather and mechanical issues, double booking is not one of them. Since this was not my fault I call to get a the refund and they informed me that this was going to take between 5 to 10 business days so here we are boat less and money less to be able to rent another boat that is in our budget.
