אני שליח האפלקיצייה החדשה מאז העדכון בקושי זזה , מלא כפתורים לא עובדים , אי אפשר ללחוץ למעבר לשירות לקוחות הכפתור לא עובד, כרגע לא יכול לעבוד ולקחת משלוחים כי אין אפשרות הכל תקוע גועל נפש

חוויות מיום ניסיון כשליח עם האפליקציה: 

1. אין עם מי לדבר. אין צוות תמיכה מקצועי לשליחים. אין שום הדרכה או ליווי.
 תוקעים אותך עם צ׳ט בוט ואתה צריך להגיד תודה אם אתה מצליח בכלל לדבר עם צוות תמיכה.
גם כשהם עונים, הם מאוד לא אדיבים, איטיים, ומאוד לא מקצועיים. הייתי תקוע חצי שעה בכתובת שהלקוח לא עונה וגם הצוות תמיכה לא זמין. 

2. מלא באגים באפליקציה. מלא!!! 
בושה וזלזול במשתמש שבכלל משחררים אפליקציה עם כל כך הרבה תקלות.
 החל מהשלב הראשון, יש באג כשסורקים את החבילות שאוספים, מה שמאריך את השלב הראשוני לשעה וחצי במקום עשרים דקות.
ממשיך בבאג שחלק מהכתובות פשוט לא נכונות! 
אתה מגיע לכתובת שרשומה באפליקציה ואז פתאום אתה מגלה שעל החבילה רשום בכלל כתובת אחרת! ואין עם מי לדבר! הכל עליך! שרפתי שעה וחצי בהגעה לכתובות לא נכונות. ואין עם מי לדבר ואף אחד לא יחזיר לך את הכסף והזמן שאיבדת בגלל הטעויות -שלהם-. 
(7 מתוך 40 כתובות היו לא נכונות)
עוד באג שהאפליקציה פשוט נתקעת ללא שום סיבה. 

חוץ מזה השכר נמוך, 10 שח לנקודה במסלולים עם הרבה נקודות. 

בקיצור, לכו תעשו שיעורי בית!
תתקנו את האפליקציה, 
תשפרו אותה לפי ההערות של השליחים, 
תגייסו צוות תמיכה מקצועי,
תציעו שכר גבוה יותר

ואז נשקול לעשות יום ניסיון נוסף. 
עד אז, אתם פשוט גרועים!

הבעיה היחידה שנתקלתי באפליקציה היא שלפעמיים הכתובת שמופיעה בניווט לא מסונכרנת עם אפליקציה מפות וזה גורם שלפעמיים היא שולחת אותנו לכתובת לא נכונה לעיר אחרת.

כל הפלטפורמה של לבקש קוד מהנייד של הבן אדם דופק לגמרי תמשלוחים. מלאאא פעמים אני מנסה לעשות משלוח ולסיים והנייד של הבן אדם לא זמין והוא בחול והוא בחופשה ובלה בלה בלה. היום בכלל קרה מקרה שלא ציפיתי שיקרה. חחח שלחו אותי מחולון לבאר יעקב לעשות משלוח, שברתי שם את הראש חצי שעה ללא מענה באפליקציה (היה באג, זה לא העביר אותי לשירות לקוחות) ומכיוון שקצת התעצבנתי על הנציג המטומטם של גט פקייג׳, גט פקייג׳ החליטו לא לשלם לי. חייב להגיד ידעתי שהם גרועים אבל למרמה לא ציפיתי. תיזהרו שליחים 🙏 ועוד משהו ששכחתי לציין, אם יהיה לכם במשלוח במקרה טעות, לדוגמה כתוב לכם להביא את המשלוח לרחוב צה״ל 11, והלקוחה נמצאת במיקום אחר בצה״ל 111, גט פקייג׳ לא יוסיפו את ההפרש (מניסיון אחרי שניסיתי לדבר עם שירות לקוחות זה הזיה ענקית) כלומר אתם אוכלים אותה על טעות שלהם. להתרחק!!! אני עבדתי בגט פקייג׳ כי וולט עוברים על הפרטים שלי ובקרוב יקראו לי לקחת ציוד 😅
