## Getting Over It Description
A game I made
For a certain kind of person

To hurt them.

• Climb up an enormous mountain with nothing but a hammer and a pot.
• Listen as I make philosophical observations about the problem at hand.
• Between 2 and ∞ hours of agonizing gameplay, depending. The median time to finish for my playtesters was 5 hours, but the mean was closer to ∞.
• Lose all your progress, over and over.
• Feel new types of frustration you didn't know you were capable of.

### **--- "Steuerung ist Quatsch"
Währe diese Steuerung nicht son Quatsch könnte man es auch schaffen aber die macht ja absolut nicht das was man will. Bin ja Freund von wenig aufwendigen Spielen und das hier hat auch sucht Potenzial aber wie gesagt solange die Steuerung so bleibt ist das quatsch.

Am Anfang war das Spiel noch sehr schwer doch nach ein paar malen geht es. Ich mache jetzt slide und bathtub skip und brauche nur noch 10 min. Andere Rezensionen sagen das es für Kinder nicht gut ist, zu schwer ist, oder zu nervend aber ich bin ein Kind und habe es hier hin geschafft. Ich finde nach einer Zeit es nicht mehr so frustrierend.

Das Spiel ist definitiv eine tolle Herausforderung. Leider ist die Steuerung so ungenau, dass einem diese vieles kaputt macht. 
Auf iPads ohne Home Button reagiert leider zu oft das ‚nach oben Wischen‘ um zum Home screen zurückzukehren

This is my favorite game of all time. It Even made me cry at the end. Bennett made something special. Something i want my Kids to play. It made me angry but gave me a warm felling when it was over. I played this game 3 times🙂

### ***** "Super Spiel - aber nicht für jeden"
Ich habe Getting Over It bisher 2 mal durchgespielt. Ich finde das spiel super - es ist manchmal frustrierend, aber die Herausforderung ist das, was einen immer wieder zurückkommen lässt. Man will es einfach schaffen! Wenn man ehrgeizig ist und auf Herausforderungen mit Motivation reagiert, dann ist das spiel etwas für einen. Und obwohl es einem anfangs unmöglich erscheint, die Spitze des Berges zu erreichen, die Lernkurve ist gewaltig, mein erster Versuch hat 20h gedauert, mein zweiter Versuch 1h 45 min! Also insgesamt super Spiel, aber schaut vorher Videos dazu an und fragt euch, ob ihr mit der Frustration klarkommen würdet. :)
