Constant Deposit Issues
This is the second time I’ve had issues with depositing money into my account so that I can contact my loved one, I wasn’t able to text him for more than a month last time and now the issue has arose again.

Needs major improvement
Terrible app! The system is not allowing me to deposit money to my account. The system has frequent shutdowns. The customer service line is a waste.. it hangs up and if you do get someone after calling 90 times, nothing gets resolved. Also.. inmate won’t get videos until like 4 months later sometimes. They deny pictures for no reason, such as pictures of my son, family pictures, etc. and you can’t get your money back. I’m so sick of this app but have to use it because it’s the only way to stay in contact. I just wish it was a better app. Also a widespread message went out saying some people personal information was leaked such as SSN and passport info. This is CRAZY!
JSON web token
Time and time again this error displays and I can’t send or see messages. This happens frequently and is very irritating

If it’s not one thing it’s another!!! Now I can’t upload videos since the last update which is stupid, what’s the point of having options on here to upload from my phone for my loved one!!! Why can’t anyone just fix the issues without causing more?? I just wish they would go to a different service carrier already!! Jpay was expensive but at least it worked!!!

Stopped texting for a bit knowing I still had around $20 only to come back to the app to find $0. It’s all about money to some entities.
Each “bug fix” makes the app worse
I hate that Ohio contracted with Via Path/GTL for this terrible app. However it’s what we are forced to use for fast communication. With every update and “bug fix” it makes the app worse than it was. These last updates not only makes it so we can only see the last 25 pics/videos that were exchanged but now when trying to scroll to previous messages it does this stutter skip and the loading bar at the top acts as if the page is being refreshed also if I’m in the middle of typing a message and I get a call or stop to switch apps for a second, when I come back there is a pop up alert with a message from 2020 about a data breach. The pop up can’t be dismissed because the keypad is in the way and can’t be moved so the whole message is then lost because the has to be closed and reopened. Why are we even getting a nuisance notification about something happening almost 5 years ago that when we hit dismiss the 1st time it should not pop back up randomly or at all? The time to show us the notification is when we open the app not when we are in the middle of a message that doesn’t auto save to not be lost or erased.
This App is absolute garbage
One of the worst apps I’ve had to use. Doesn’t have the capability of keeping you signed in. Never sends push notifications. Makes it incredibly hard for me to keep in touch with my incarcerated family member. Getting out and their money making racket of scalping people just to keep in touch with loved ones can eat a bag of sticks (with “d” instead of “st”).
System hacked by scammers
I got a notification that in 2020 their system was hacked, and information was leaked I deleted my current account and got a refund from them!
Can’t read messages
Notification in the way that say Unauthorized: Nil JSON web token okay
What a joke
I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that a prisoner service would essentially just rob you of funds. This whole system is a joke
