WHY USE GETTING OUT VISIT APP?

• IT’S A VIDEO CALL: Remote video visits are an easy, instant way to connect with your incarcerated friend or loved one. This service will allow you to make a video call to an inmate, just like Skype or FaceTime. You’ll use your home computer or an iOS device, the inmate will use a wireless tablet.

• NO SCHEDULING NEEDED: See your loved one, quicker than ever and video visit when it’s convenient for you without scheduling. The Visit Now feature lets your visit begin in minutes. If the inmate’s not available, you’ll be notified and can schedule a visit later.

• NO UPFRONT COSTS: There are no upfront costs, you will only be charged for the actual duration of the visit.

• NO CONNECTION FEES: There are no connection fees, you will only be charged for the actual duration of the visit.

• NO PENALTIES: There are no penalties, you will only be charged for the actual duration of the visit.

• NO MINIMUM/MAXIMUM COSTS: There are no minimum/maximum costs, you will only be charged for the actual duration of the visit.

• MORE FLEXIBILITY: You can visit remotely, when it’s convenient for you and your busy life.

• LESS CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE: With the Visit Now feature you don't need to schedule visits, so no penalties for missed visits. You'll spend less time with customer service and more time visiting.

### *---- "Frustrated"
Why does the app keep logging me out? I never had this issue until about a month ago. Now I have to delete the app and make sure I’m logged in and wait. That’s why I got the iPhone so I could just get the notification

-- Wilddfoxx95, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Unhappy"
I do not like the app because it only shows my inmates face it doesn’t show him me. Multiple times we tried and it’s nothing that pops up on my end but a black square and I can see him.
-- Trapp Barbi, 2024-12-11

-- Exhausting 1, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Won’t let me deposit"
Waste of time
-- Max powder, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Trash"
I never leave reviews but today I am . Can’t even make a video call and I have money to do that then the app freezes , do freakin better !! If people are spending their money!!
-- B.Hendo, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Terrible app"
Whoever designed this app should be locked up and forced to try to use it. Then maybe they’ll see how terribly frustrating it is. Beyond glitchy, confusing, terrible, disjointed.
