With a group of scammed people, we've reviewed 1,000 reviews, and only 30 have 5-star ratings, although the five-star ratings also complain, which is very strange. Basically, these thieves have a payment schedule of at least 40 days on average to pay for the rides. On top of that, they take a total of more than 40% of the total amount they say they'll pay. Why do we have to wait more than 30 days to get paid for our work? We don’t work for fun — we work out of necessity, for our families, and to maintain our vehicles in good condition so we can continue providing safe, comfortable, and professional service. You charge the customer on the same day, the moment the trip is confirmed. But the drivers — the ones doing the actual work — have to wait over a month to receive our money. That’s neither fair nor professional. On top of that, your support is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get a proper response or any real help. Most of the time, there’s no reply at all. And when you do respond, it’s the same generic messages or a simple “please wait,” as if we didn’t have bills to pay, fuel to buy, repairs to make, and families to feed. Many drivers are leaving your platform because of this. Because it’s impossible to keep working for a company that mistreats and neglects the very people who keep it running. Because it’s frustrating to see you profit from our labor while we’re left waiting, as if we were invisible. You need to understand one very simple thing: We work for money, not empty promises. Booked a car for 14:15 Japan time. The driver had overall good ratings. The thing was the driver took a break in the middle of driving over to us. Ended waiting 1 whole hour for the car. Couldn’t do a refund because of the conditions I selected. Once’s picked up. It ended being two cars instead of the one in the description. Making the booking first incorrect for car type and second about being able to select a driver and getting to your destination at a reasonable time that you booked your car for. What’s the point of selecting a time frame in the first place.
