They charged from the customers but did not pay it to me. Always excuses and I couldn’t make any complaints.
They would give me same reply every time but no money.
Shame on get transfer and shame on people who will still use this platform.

Scam company. They don’t pay drivers. Stay away from them.
Update: contacted the company finance department several times and now its weeks and they always reply with a template response. No money received till date. 
Stay away, its a sham company probably selling your info and card details as well.

Super Service! Der Fahrer hat auf uns gewartet. Wir hatten Probleme mit den Koffern und es hat etwas länger gedauert. Sehr angenehmer Empfang. Den Fahrer haben wir sofort gesehen mit dem großem Schild. Die Fahrt war bequem und Problem los! Haben auch noch ein Rücktransfer gebucht! Alles stressfrei! Wenn wieder wir im Urlaub sind buchen wir wieder über diese Seite. Danke an das Team!

I wish I’d read the trip advisor reviews before using this service!
Horrendous service by this Russian owned app! 
They offer no flexibility and their customer service was shocking.
You cannot get a refund and will be lucky if the car shows up.
Total scammers who rip you off.

Ordered a transfer to Newcastle airport and it never arrived. Tried calling, messaging through the app and emailing all without success.

I had to message the app through Facebook and finally got a reply but they still haven’t refunded my money. I could have missed my flight if I didn’t organise alternate transport. 

This app might work well in other countries but not supported well in Australia.

Cancellation is not honoured by this business. I requested a refund some time ago and they have invented new terms and conditions for COVID-19 that didn’t exist when I booked/paid.

I first discovered this site and app, starting to explore their transfer service.

After accepting the private transfer, months after months later. We can’t get a hold of the driver at all. We contacted their HQ and they are very apologetic and rebook us on the transfer - Turin to Val D’Isere

Again, then the agent disappeared and we can’t get in contact with anyone! Until the night before leaving our home country, one of the staff from the office rang and confirmed the driver will be meeting us at Turin airport.

Guess what, after much waited (2 hours) after arrival at the Turin airport. The driver didn’t show, the agent that we spoken to said she is going to contact the driver and get back to us. 

Until today, 30 days later; they vanished completely!

The terms and conditions state that the driver needs to wait only 60 minutes and then they can leave with all your money. You need to provide 48 hours notice to change the pickup timing.m or to cancel. That’s totally useless if you have arranged an airport pickup and the flight is delayed by more than an hour. You are basically risking all your money
