Purchased and paid for 3 tickets on the same transaction for an activity, got the voucher only for the 2 people and when I contacted them they cancelled the remaining ticket due to technical issues leaving me with only 2. I was abroad with my 2 children. I explained that I can’t proceed with the activity leaving one of my children behind or send my minors without me and that they should cancel all 3 tickets and refund me but the repeatedly said that there is nothing they can do. When I proposed that they at least credit me on the app they didn’t even discuss it. Stressful experience that ruined my first day abroad with my children as I didn’t know what to do.
Πολυ κακη εμπειρία. Πολλες ωρες να περιμενεις. Αγοραζεις το εισητηριο online αλλα περιμένεις τουλαχιστον μια ωρα στη σειρα να στο τυπωσουν. Επισης πολυ σπαταλη χρονου. Πηγαμε πρωτα απο το στρατόπεδο Μπικερναου οπου σε αφηνουν για 3:30 ωρες ενω 2 ωρες ειναι υπεραρκετές. Μετα μας αφησαν στο μουσειο/ στρατόπεδο του Αουσβιτς περιμεναμε πανω απο μια ωρα για να εισέλθουμε μεσα. Και ο ξεναγος αφαντος. Μονο στο λεωφορείο μας ειπε καποια σημαντικα στοιχεια
Booked an activity at 7pm for the following day, received confirmation and pick up detailed. However the next day when I was waiting for 30 min and decided to call to the activity provider they didn’t have the reference I’ve been sent to but they could see my name (strange) then they just told me to contact get your guid support. Get your guid support just told me that activity provider did not confirm the reservation from their end as probably fully booked, and after, on the day of activity I’ve received email with cancellation and offer to rebook or to be refunded. So be careful
I booked with them and made a mistake on the date and i asked for a refund or reschedule the next day (6 days in advance) and they are not giving me my money back as a refund only a voucher that lasts 18 months!! I spoke to the provider of the activity and they had already cancelled my booking and they are still not refunding me my money when they already cancelled it not rescheduled. I dont know about other tickets but be very careful especially with the rescheduling and cancelling policy. They are keeping my money for an activity I wont even get to do because they have no other availability. This is very unprofessional!!!
The application constantly has loading issues - once I open it or trying to dig into particular activities. It takes a lot of time to wait for and I have to search activities through the other application
Very disappointed from GetYourGuide. I have made a booking for Dubai The View and due to extreme weather conditions the day of our booking I have requested to reschedule it. They confirmed it and when I went to the attraction they had no idea they haven’t informed them and I had to pay for new entrance tickets. I have email them requesting for refund but they haven’t even reply me. I would never book again for them, very very unprofessional for them. Be very careful!
