I made a reservation on a seine river cruise trip and was promised that l can be window seated if available and when l arrived early l found out that most window seats are available provided that l pay extra 45 euros per person which was never mentioned in my reservation, l payed the amount and sent a complaint to the app who refunded me the extra amount and showed sincere apology, thank u for that💓
Every time I tried post my experiences it says not provides in my country and this issue is about 3 years that is not giving opportunities to new suppliers and challenges or competitors added to their clients
I booked a day trip through your app based on the excellent reviews and then I had a very bad experience with it! (From Vienna to Budapest and Bratislava) I sent you a review about the trip a week ago and till now I don’t see it posted on the Trip’s page which proves you are manipulating travelers and show them only the positive reviews!!
There is always problem and errors at payment method we couldn’t complete the transaction

UPDATE: I received an email from the social media care team admitting to a technical issue affecting participant categories and pricing and they have refunded the full amount of the ticket. I made a booking for 1 Adult and 1 child tickets to the WB studios London Harry Potter Tour with private transfer worth €300 as per the price stated on the website. They sent me a confirmation email claiming that I only purchased 1 Adult ticket. The tour was the next day and they claimed my daughter cant go cause they don't have a booking for her and the tour was fully booked!! I requested a refund to be able to book another tour with my daughter, and they claimed they will send to the "higher team" to refund me because of the inconvenience caused but that due to high demand they'll get back to me with an email in a few hours, they never did. When I escalated to my lawyer to file for official fraud reports, they removed all information related to the tour from their website to hide the proof that the price I paid was worth two tickets and not one and stopped all written communication with me. I sent them that I needed a written documentation that the price I paid was worth one ticket only as per their price list and website, they stopped responding to the online chat completely. Worth noting that we ended up buying last minute tickets off the official Warner Bros London website for a fraction of the price they offered on their website (€85 for one ticket with private car instead of €300).

The App showed information that was not real time so hid a double booking charge when payment request asked to re-enter information as payment had not gone through. Customer service only unhelpful chatbots.
