I am writing to express my frustration towards your company service. I originally found a shuttle service to Tongariro Alpine Crossing departing from Taupo on your website. Immediately after the confirmation of the booking, I noticed that the pickup point is not actually located in Taupo, which is more than 70 km far away from the city centre. I have sent an email enquiring the pickup point and requested for cancellation. However, I did not receive any response from your company for several hours. I finally attempted to contact your staff Soleil via WhatsApp. His attitude was so bad and irresponsible. He told me that it is the problem of the service provider and your company will not be responsible to reply such email. Actually the advertisement on your website is so confusing, which the heading said the tour departs from Taupo, and deviates from the truth. I felt I was cheated and wondered how poor the quality your company service is. I am not satisfied with your service and will never purchased any service through your company. But I do hope you will improve your service in the future so that no one will suffer from this cheating again.

It’s a bit more expensive than other apps like kkday and klook. The page looked good and offers more options. Unfortunately, they are non-responsible and not professional at all. Got cancelled the last minute by their service provider. We’ve arrived early with kids and elderlies. Totally unacceptable. It’s the first time and last time that we’d use their service.

The customer service was horrible when we are not able to find the meeting point. They just kept saying “google it”. Not helpful at all. That was before the meeting time, then after the meeting time they just kept repeating you supposed to be at the meeting point on time. Never tried to help us out never tried to notice the guide. We bought the guide tour including tickets. The customer service said they were not able to pass the tickets to us then we just missed a important part of our tour which definitely needs to be booked in advance and we didn’t have enough time for another booking. No refund no solution no apology. I just called 1 hour to hear the customer “service” blaming me. Stay away from this. I will tell everyone I know my experience with GYG.

fast and efficient services

We took this tour yesterday afternoon around Madrid for an hour tour with Hugo. It was an enjoyable and convenient way of seeing the major landmarks - old an new. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to see and understand the story behind these important landmarks😀

For the Hallstatt skywalk one day tour on 5 apr 2023, it is really a bad experience. The female tour guide is very unprofessional. Her English is really bad,not fluent at all. She didn’t familiar with the Vienna attractions. She even can’t tell the directions (led or right side) of buildings. She didn’t give clear instructions and informations. Please brief the whole plan of the tour. The tour seems very unplanned and not well-organised. Please tell the whole schedule and time duration on the beginning of the trip. She didn’t give any warm reminder for fee toilets or the travel durations. I think she would get more trainings. And her voice is so loud that makes me feeling not well. Moreover, she appeared very late in the morning. Many people was waiting her to start. If there is a option for zero star,I have no doubt to give zero star.
