So 2 weekes before my dubai holiday. I just booked the most important tourist thing in dubai. The burj khalifa. My family planed for months this tripp. I was happy to be able to book it through getyour guides. But the worst just happend there: 1 day before burj khalifa program i still didnot get my tickets( only the receipts) . I called them and the told me they are not going to let me visit the burj khalifa bevuse of technical issues. I lost the money for 3 weeks for nothing. But the worst is that there was no other avaible dates to visit burj khalifa. So many thanks thats the way u can mess upp someone holiday! Of course i didnot get any compenastion. But i lost the opportunitiy to get inside burk khalifa thanks to you guys! Shame on you!

I booked a trip through your app, but I feel completely let down. We received no information about the pick-up point, so we had no idea where to go. We tried calling the clerk multiple times, but no one answered, and we received no response to our messages either. As a result, we missed the trip, but the payment was still taken.
