Very unprofessional, I am very disappointed as a partner in Get Your Guide, my account, which had no problems whatsoever, was suddenly deactivated. All the reviews that entered my account were all real from customers, but suddenly there was no sign in. My account was deactivated and there was no warning. we suffer losses

we provide travel services in Bali. and partner with get your guide supplier. I'm really disappointed with this platform.. I accept guests who make reservations on our product. and we don't get paid.

ABOUT DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT CAUSE OF PERSONAL REQUEST
It should be the best app in the world if GetYourGuide stop accepting a personal request from other competitors for deactivation account, stop based in one competitor esicialy for bali-indonesia area ! because there are a lot of professional provider in bali who will become better than the based on ! If GetYourGuide doesn’t agree with the new account or product please be professional don’t accept from the first step ! That would be better than if GetYourGuide block them when we are in the top !!!!
