Delays due to purchase through GetYourGuide
The reservation to my event was delayed for 1,5hours because the thickets were purchased through GetYourGuide. This influenced my other plans and bookings for the day.
Feedback
Tried to contact customer service before order a trip as I have got question, but I couldn’t send a message without booking reference. So, to ask a question first need to book the trip and if it doesn’t work for you, need to do cancellation.
Best experience
The customer service is wonderful, they helped me reschedule for free tour that I mistakenly booked day earlier and didn't know it was happening and missed it. All the tours I been on are worth the money. All the tour guides are very experienced and are very friendly. Overall the best place to book activities.
Useful service
Very useful app. was for our trip to South Africa. Very important that the have their own service who connect directly to the tour operator is something wrong.
DONT USE THIS APP. THEY ARE FRAUD
Better never use this app if you don’t want to lose your time and money
Bad experience
Will never use again. Our guide didn’t show and the interface took a long time to help us figure out the situation. Unfortunately, Get Your Guide was not able to resolve the situation and we ended up wasting a lot of our vacation time.
Private Tour
Our tour guide Ahsan was great. He drove us to many places in Osaka and Nara. He is very patient and pleasant. He showed us around where we wanted to go with smile. We like to move around, and he had to drive around many places, but he assured us that it’s his job to give great service. I definitely recommend to book your tour with Ahsan when you’re in Osaka.
Does not work
Keeps sending back for a new code. Will not import booking vouchers.
