Very poor experiences... the company uses poor partners at respective destinations. And they cover bad comments/reviews. I posted a comment on 14th April and it’s still not available on the site. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 don’t get caught to this 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫
Helpful
The app is pretty straightforward but descriptions and location accuracy can improve. For example, we had an issue with the ticket pickup location in Venice at the tower.
Bad experience
Will never use again. Our guide didn’t show and the interface took a long time to help us figure out the situation. Unfortunately, Get Your Guide was not able to resolve the situation and we ended up wasting a lot of our vacation time.
Private Tour
Our tour guide Ahsan was great. He drove us to many places in Osaka and Nara. He is very patient and pleasant. He showed us around where we wanted to go with smile. We like to move around, and he had to drive around many places, but he assured us that it’s his job to give great service. I definitely recommend to book your tour with Ahsan when you’re in Osaka.
Does not work
Keeps sending back for a new code. Will not import booking vouchers.
Awesome Heidelberg Castle Tour
This is a great tour. The views are very scenic and the closer you get to the castle the better!! Once you get to the top the views are nothing short of spectacular!!! It was like nothing I’ve ever seen before in my life. I only wish I could have stayed overnight or even a few days in the town of Heidelberg. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient and friendly. I’d do it again in a heartbeat ❤️
