## GF Plate Description
200+ gluten free recipes for your indulgence! Adopting a gluten free diet doesn’t have to be a dull and flavourless one. We’ve jam packed delicious flavoursome recipes into an easy to follow and visually inspiring app just for you. You’ll find great ideas for gluten free breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and even indulging desserts.

Gluten can cause serious health complications. About 1 % of the population have celiac disease, an autoimmune disease. If they consume gluten it triggers an immune response where the body attacks itself, destroying the small intestine and making it very difficult to absorb nutrients. Sufferers must follow a strict gluten free diet.

Don’t be fooled, Gluten does not only affect celiac suffers. Gluten is a staple in many peoples diet and is commonly found in sneaky processed foods. People from all walks of life are suffering from gluten sensitivity everyday. It can trigger nasty symptoms such as stomach aches, heartburn, headaches, joint pains, bloating rashes, fatigue and insomnia to name a few.

We can all reap the benefits of going gluten free to increase energy levels, lower bad cholesterol and to assist the body’s digestive processes.

Our app is highly visual. Our goal was to offer a wide variety of recipes and a highly usable and visually appealing application, and we have delivered.

## GF Plate Reviews in United States

### ***** "App review"
I love this app so much!!!! It helps me so much to find some desserts and meals to make for me and my family!!! My favorite thing to make is the cashew muffins, it is so good!!! I would recommend this app if anyone gluten free needs to find meals or desserts to make!!
-- Emsinksoccer, 2024-08-26

### ***** "Bleh"
The stuff looks disgusting and you have to pay for it bleh
-- marvin dingleberry, 2023-09-02

### ****- "Pretty dang good"
Sike!! It is terrible the instructions do not work at all!
-- viddjufwuo go st, 2023-04-13

### *---- "NOT FREE"
When I downloaded this app I thought it was free but it only gives you a few free recipes then you have to go pro to see the rest! No thanks I can just Google Gluten Free recipes and not pay for this!
-- LakensMimi, 2023-01-19

### *---- "Gross muffins"
I made the pumpkin muffin recipe. I should have been tipped off that they didn’t look good in the picture. There wasn’t enough dry ingredients in this recipe. Even after an hour they were still mush in the center and they were not sweet enough to be remotely edible. Huge waste of time and ingredients putting out terrible recipies!
-- ruggersmith, 2021-10-31

### ***-- "NO NUTRITIONAL DATA"
Sadly, the developers don’t provide any nutritional data, not even a simple calorie count. It could be a great app, but that’s a major drawback for me. Photos are outstanding.
-- Fht364, 2021-05-07

### ***** "Fish soup"
I know it sounds yuck, but with the coconut milk, and mild fish, it was delicious! My husband liked it too! He had two bowls.
The one thing I noticed is that I had to double the liquid as the 2.5cups were not enough to consider it a soup. I doubled the veggie broth, and could have added a bit more.
All around, we loved the soup!
-- mama camille, 2021-02-10

### ***** "Thankful"
Very happy to have healthy, delicious, somewhat easy recipes available for FREE!
-- Guppielove, 2020-06-10

### *---- "Dissatisfied"
Most recipes require an upgrade to the GF Plate Pro app which is not free. Also the constant prompt to download the Let’s get juiced app was annoying. Deleted the app.
-- GF recipe searcher, 2019-12-08

### ***** "Great help!!!"
I am a carb lover and my bf is gf!! Before I found this app I was too afraid to cook for him now now I’m afraid I might prefer gluten free meals!!!
