UPDATED - Can No Longer Save Profile Without Birth Data
The scale resolution is 0.01lbs. Why did you remove the ability to manually add weights in that resolution? You can only add to 0.1lbs.
3-10-24 UPDATE: The ability to add precise measurement was added back in an update. Thank you, appreciate it! However, they removed the ability to leave the birth length and weight blank. I don’t know these values so I’m forced to fill in dummy data just so I can save updates to a baby profile. This messes up the chart trendline. Please allow saving a baby profile without having to provide birth length and weight. Thank you.
The videos in the app don’t work
I like this scale, but don’t know how to use it because the in app video instructions don’t load
App is not very good
The scale is nice and the Bluetooth syncing works well in my experience, which was the primary reason I purchased this scale. But the app is too basic and the developers don’t seem to care since the last update was over three years ago. I will pay a small premium if you put out a decent app with the following minimal basic features:
1) lost history, ability to remove blank week entries
2) more precise graphing parameters— the current history input is useless
3) ability to export data to exchange
4) ability to print lists and charts by exporting to pdf
The last one would be most helpful for bringing my cat’s history to the vet. At it stands now, I’ll still using an external spreadsheet for tracking.
(Off topic: if you are using the related scale for felines, placing a folded towel on it will help make them less jittery.)

App tutorial
The app tutorial videos will not play and when I enter my daughters birth date, it automatically changes it to the next day. Her birthday is 2/1 and the app changes it too 2/2

Not sure if it works for wiggly baby
Well the help videos in the app don’t work. Doesn’t even play it just times out.
Then i can’t get the scale to give me a weight. Just showing dash lines.
Scale works. App is too basic (and abandoned!)
I‘m rating this 2-stars mainly because the app appears to be abandoned - last time it was updated was 2 years ago. There are so many basic features missing: Import/export data, graph for custom date range (currently you can only view prior week, prior month, or All), quick Unit (cm v. inches) toggle (currently you have to go to Settings), View graph of multiple kids at once (hello… twins!), to name a few.
Unfortunately you don’t have the option to use a different app with the Smart Baby scale, so you are stuck with the app.
Accurate scale
We matched with the hospital scale and it was very close to accurate
App is worthless and scale is ehh
App doesn’t recognize whenever we weigh baby and doesn’t record it, we have to manually go in and enter weight every time, kinda worthless in my opinion
Does not do the 1 thing it’s supposed to!
Out of the box did not connect to my iPhone 11 Pro. I reset everything and still does not work. The tutorial videos in the app won’t even play. What a joke! Too bad, too, because it looks like a decent product and the packaging is good but that means nothing if IT DOES NOT WORK.
