## gg - Transportation Service Reviews in Armenia

### ***** "varordin ⭐"

-- Tamush042, 2025-10-09

### *---- "Zero customer support"
Worst app to
Integrate your bank with
-- KB195, 2025-08-29

### *---- "Charging more as a way to lure customers"
This app basically charge you more just because they want so. Horrible customer service, very poor experience overall.
-- Vahangh, 2025-08-23

### ***** "Thank you"
I read a lot of comments here all with 1 star and blablabla, i use GG yes it have bugs for example map cant show my home direction correctly and because of that drive cant find my and i am walking 400-500 meters to reach the place where driver can find me.. and why am i doing this? Because i support Armenian app, instead of crying lets just report bugs to support guys
-- Hayk_CS, 2025-08-14

### ***** "Irina McGrath"
Excellent service!
-- Irina McGrath, 2025-08-01

### *---- "Gg"

-- Շատ վատ ծառայություն է, 2025-07-31

### **--- "."
So for once I ordered Gg after using Yandex for years, as GG represents itself as a higher quality service. The ride from Zvartnots to my place was like 6k amd, I ordered the highest class of service. In Yandex Ultima business was 3800. So the driver was - unpolite and unpleasant. Wore his earbuds the whole ride and his driving overall made me feel very uncomfortable. Just an honest review, I dont usually write reviews - but I did not like this at all
-- TheVoyager:, 2025-07-21

### *---- "Everything awful"
Awful app, awful service, I don’t recommend them at all, they’re pretty incompetent in this business
-- Robbie737, 2025-07-19

### *---- "Hell for introverts"
Make your shuttle to show total seats on booking so I don’t buy all 5 seats thinking that i booked the whole car only to know on departure that there is an extra person with us so the total was 6 not 5
-- Artak3773, 2025-07-12

### *---- "Useless support team , no pet tolerance among drivers"
This service has been a major letdown. Drivers are refusing to take pets—even small breeds—even when I offer to pay double. In an emergency, that could cost a pet’s life, and that’s simply unacceptable. On top of that, drivers frequently cancel, fares are inflated, and support is completely unresponsive. To make matters worse, the app itself is unreliable—it hangs constantly and often navigates drivers in the wrong direction, adding even more stress to an already frustrating experience. The lack of accountability across the board is incredibly disappointing.
