Hulp voor de toepassing van zorgstandaarden in het behandelplan van je patiënt.
De GGZ Standaarden app ondersteunt bij het toepassen van zorgstandaarden in het behandelplan van je patiënt.. De app bevat keuzehulpen voor ADHD, Angst, Autisme, Bipolair, Depressie, Drugs, Eetstoornissen, Persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, Psychose,  Psychotrauma en SOLK/ALK.. 

Wat is het?
De keuzehulp ondersteunt ggz-professionals met een concreet advies voor behandeling en begeleiding, gebaseerd op de inhoud van de zorgstandaarden en afgestemd op de situatie van de patiënt. 

Hoe werkt het?
De keuzehulp stelt vragen over bijvoorbeeld het stadium van de stoornis, de primaire zorgvraag, medicatie of het risico op suïcide of zelfbeschadiging. Op basis van de ingevulde antwoorden volgt een advies dat je kunt gebruiken in het gesprek met de patiënt en  naaste of met je team. Samen met de patiënt beslis je welke behandeling het beste past. 

Voor welke aandoeningen?
In de GGZ Standaarden app vind je keuzehulpen voor de volgende aandoeningen: 
- ADHD
- Angst
- Autisme
- Bipolair
- Depressie
- Drugs
- Eetstoornissen
- Persoonlijkheidsstoornis
- Psychose
- Psychotrauma
- SOLK/ALK
Er worden continu nieuwe zorgstandaarden toegevoegd.
