Great app overall, but certain key features are missing which makes the experience poor. 
1. No receipts after payments. Receipts should be generated right after a successful transfer or payment with sharing options available.  
2. Biometrics - enable facial biometrics to make payments on phones without fingerprint authentication seamless. 
3. Simpler payout - remove the pin verification at the end of payment and replace with biometrics if authentication at that stage in the payment process is required. Alternatively, a one-time authentication at the point of login is all that is required
