## GHome Reviews in United States

### *---- "Waste of money"
Bought two lights and the app does not work properly for a long time now
-- Rahkeem Hill, 2026-03-26

### *---- "Trash!"
Not only does this device not connect with the app, but the app won’t even let me delete my account. It won’t let me click on the button to confirm I want to deactivate my account.
-- Drewzo82, 2026-03-24

### ***** "100% satisfied"
I love this camera and the service that it has I am able to leave home and check while im working on my dogs and my house such a relief i love this app
-- Theena c, 2025-07-21

### *---- "doesnt connect"
it makes you wait until its at "100% connected" just to tell you that the thing is unable to connect, absolute garbage dont ever buy from them
-- altify_, 2025-05-25

### ***** "Solution for unsupported device/no app update"
For anyone having issues because the app no longer supports your device and you’re unable to update it, there is actually an entirely new app called GHome by Gamma Good which would support it.
-- AriHannaG, 2025-05-22

### *---- "Doesnt work anymore"
Donnot purchase. Its broken w mew iphone
-- alldayidreamaboutaliens!, 2025-04-26

### *---- "Pmocl"
Does not work. The app connects with the product but does not control the product.
-- Pmock5, 2025-04-17

### **--- "Irrelevant, useless"
I bought a G-Home thermometer. Not even G-Home uses this app! They use Smart Live instead.
-- Quigi_, 2025-03-28

### *---- "No Longer Works"
App was a pain to get set up to begin with, slow connection speed often causing the light to exit pairing mode before being able to connect.
The app is no longer functional; the most you can do is turn lights on and off.
When trying to access the panel to change the lighting color, I get hit with double pop-ups saying “Oops, the control panel has crashed”. Totally defeats the purpose of the light.
App updated 6 years ago, so I don’t expect them to care about the issue.
Don’t waste your money
-- UncleJackrabbit, 2025-03-13

### *---- "Lack of Response"
I purchased a Smart Plug and with power loss it reverts to the on position instead of remaining off. Must be software or hardware issue… Fix It
