There needs to be an OPTED OUT in the app for you Corporation from asking me if I want to ROUND UP for a Charity of your choosing. I DON’T play your SCAM! -- jupitersolo, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Look at sales with no rush" I like the fact that I can scan the sales leisurely at home without the rush I usually have at the store -- Couch Pormtat, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Rewards don’t World properly" When redeeming rewards they are not coming up when it comes time to pay -- Pauly deeeeeeee, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "Very basic" Could not add or find current store -- Giantcust, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "Unusable" The app seems to have the store location fixed for someplace near Philadelphia. No matter how many times I try to change it to the store near me, even after updating the app, it doesn’t work. So I can’t use the app to order from my store or find items while I’m there. Please fix your app!! -- Hokiemom916, 2024-12-26 ### ***-- "Please fix the bugs" Every couple of months the app has an issue an tries to tell me that my pe and email are incorrect. I e had to go to customer service to get a whole new card because they thought mine was messed up. I want to be able to use my rewards when i want to… not on the random days the app works. -- TMonroe90, 2024-12-23 ### *---- "Can’t log in" UPDATE: Refuses to let me log in to either the app or the website. Keeps saying it sent me a verification code, which happens every time I try to log in, even with cookies enabled. I enter the code, and it rejects it, and says to call customer service. Bye Giant, I’m going to Harris Teeter. *** Two things this app should be able to do but doesn’t: manage substitutions when something in a pickup order is out of stock; and check in when you arrive at the store for pickup. I wonder if the developers have ever looked at Wegmans’ app. It’s almost 2025- why should I have to get a phone call from someone telling me something in my pickup order is out of stock? The app should tell me what they’re substituting, and allow me to accept or decline it. Having to call a number to tell them I’ve arrived at the store is also ridiculous. -- CatHerder703, 2024-12-23 ### *---- "Worst app I’ve ever tried to use" Downloaded and trying to set up an account was a nightmare. The keyboard doesn’t even open, have to cut and paste info from note into the fields. And it still doesn’t work. Then, the “contact us” leads to nowhere. Got fed up enough to change grocery stores where sale prices aren’t dependent on a failed coupon-cutting app. -- All7explored, 2024-12-22 ### ***-- "Why" Won’t this app recognize my zip code? There are two Giant stores near me and it shows a state 60 miles away. -- Bea Atch, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "Terrible app" Some how I lost over 200 points I got yesterday and lost 70 cents of for gas very upset 😢 -- Dar Prentice, 2024-12-20 [View all Giant Food reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Giant Food Discovered Keywords - giant food stores - giants app - giant grocery store - giant grocery - giant market - giant rewards - giant coupons - giant store - giant food stores llc - one maryland ## Apps Similar to Giant Food - [Harris Teeter](https://apptail.io/app/harris-teeter-Tfb/united-states) - [Safeway Deals & Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/safeway-deals-delivery-imc/united-states) - [ACME Markets Deals & Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/acme-markets-deals-delivery-QJd/united-states) - [Food Lion](https://apptail.io/app/food-lion-xYk/united-states) - [myLidl](https://apptail.io/app/mylidl-XGl/united-states) - [Weis Markets](https://apptail.io/app/weis-markets-HTG/united-states) - [GIANT Food Stores](https://apptail.io/app/giant-food-stores-JTG/united-states) - [Gabe's](https://apptail.io/app/gabes-ltU/united-states) - [Tanger](https://apptail.io/app/tanger-puU/united-states) - [Giant Food SCAN IT!
