Really wish it worked
I hate using online grocery pickup. I would much rather shop in store. I would also like to not have to interact with a person more than I need to. And I like keeping track of how much I spend when I shop. This app would be great for that, if it worked.
The app is routinely broken. I’ve used it for a year now and when it works it’s great, I can coupon at home and then scan as I shop. But it works so rarely it’s not even worth it anymore.
Currently the app is shutting down while fetching coupons. Been doing this for two weeks and still has not be solved.
Crashes after every scan!
This app used to work very well. Though I always wished they would combine it with the Giant app so you could redeem points, make your list and check it off as you scan in store all in one app. About a month or 2 ago, the app started crashing EVERY time I scan and I have to resume the current shop! Can’t even make it go to checkout anymore!
Please fix this app!
It crashes every time I scan an item and it makes it impossible to use. I would use this app every time going into Giant for my groceries because it was convenient and makes shopping easy. I’ve even recommended Giant because of scan it mobile!

I loved this app! It made my shopping experience so smooth and easy. However, recently it’s become more of a hassle. Please fix this app. I want to continue using this app but it’s making it hard to.
As time goes by
Bug after bug after bug. This app is getting worse by the month instead of better. Shopping today, it shut down EVERY time I added an item. Every time! Completely unexceptable! Time to fire all the f-ups and get a staff that knows what they're doing.

DEVELOPERS fix the app already!!!! Everyone is complaining that the app is crashing every couple seconds. This is a great tool and time saver when it works but it’s been a while since it’s been glitch free. I used to love this app but…….when it’s fixed and I can get through and entire shopping trip without have to reload the app multiple times maybe I’ll change my review but until then 👎🏻
Horrible to use
It has multi item scan which is needed but it routinely double and triple scans items. Then because I have so many deletions it triggers an order audit. Happened twice, I’m done
Crashes repeatedly and won’t focus on latest iPhone
App has trouble focuses on the iPhone 14 pro (I suspect it’s not taking advantage of the dual lenses for macro shots which it needs to to scan bar codes). Worked great on iPhone 10s though. App now repeatedly crashes mid-shopping trip allowing only a single items to be scanned before I have to relaunch it. Really frustrating experience.
Used to be great
I have used this app for a while. It was working great. Now it continually crashes after every scan and takes several tries to get the cart back up. Incredibly frustrating with a bigger trip!! At first I thought maybe it was just the wifi at one store, but has happened at several different Giant stores. Disappointing
App shuts off during use
I have used the app at my local Giant for a few years now. Most recently during my shopping trip the app shuts down and I need to resume my trip. However after resuming my trip the app shuts off after each item scanned. Then it is necessary to resume after each scanned item. There is certainly a glitch within the app. Please fix this.
