The first one is that although in the past the online copy was always available for downloading the previous night or in the early hours of the day of publication of the paper copy. Nowadays I have noticed that it is becoming increasing common not to be able to download the Gibraltar Chronicle the night before or during the early hours but late during the day of the physical publication of the paper. copy. Good to see the Gibraltar Chronicle digitally but the offer of 50% off for the digital version is misleading as the printed version costs £1 x 6 = £6 for a week so 50% off should be £3 and not the quoted £4.99 that a week of digital Chronicles cost. Trading standards should look into this as the full digital price is not quoted and digital versions are normally cheaper and environmentally friendly by saving on paper, than printed versions and include interactive content. Otherwise not bad but would like to see interactive content for the price.
