Gifted - Buy Gift Cards

I had a gift card in this app and the validity date was two years. As I couldn’t see the 19 digits number when I wanted to use it, they send me the number and PIN in email. However it did not work and now the customer support says that the information in the app was wrong: The Gift Cards are designed to ensure a fair and timely usage of 01 year from the date of purchase for all our customers. I recommend everyone to stay away from this app and Company.

Jag köpte ett presentkort från Gifted gällandes på Zalando. När kortet sedan skulle användas på Zalando visades det sig att presentkortet inte fungerar på alla varorna. På Gifted hemsida står det att man kan göra en retur inom 30 dagar, problemet är att det verkar vara omöjligt att nå Gifted kundtjänst då de inte svarar på chatt/mail och då det inte finns ett nummer att ringa. Jag rekommenderar därför inte att köpa ditt presentkort härifrån!

I payed you 4000 swedish kronor, and you didn't give me the card nor my money back. I have sent you approximately 8 cases and you only have answered me two times. This has taken 10-15 days and Im still not getting any messages from you. Have asked you to call me, email me or anything and you still are not contacting me. You are not giving any good service at all. Either you contact me and send me my money back or I will go further through the police and do something about it if I don't hear anything from you. I hope you can respect your customers.

Useless app sending gift card codes which doesnt even work. Total failure. Avoid!

Köpte ett antal presentkort för totalt 20.000 kr för att kunna handla rabatterat genom min arbetsgivares rabattavtal med Benify. Gifted-appen meddelar mitt i mitt inlösen av presentkorten att jag inte kan använda appen p g a systemunderhåll. Så nu har jag löst in hälften av presentkorten och kan inte använda resten i kassan. Katastrof!

Riktig scam, säljer presentkort som inte går att aktivera. Håll er borta!

I just cancelled my order right away since their system didn’t work…I had paid with swish, then I received “Please do note that it usually takes 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your swish account we have on file.” It was not even my fault that your system didn’t work. They will invest the money during these 2 weeks to make even more money… Sorry that Benify trust a fake company. Usually companies apologise at least for their inconvenience….

Fungerar inte som den ska. Får inte fram presentkortskoden. Känns oseriöst. Om man skulle ha angett fel telefonnummer vid köpet så hade man dessutom förlorat hela beloppet, något som informeras om efter man redan har genomfört köpet. Otroligt dålig app

Once you pay for gift card and try to reveal code in this app no code is revealed and you loose your money since gift card has been used up. According to instructions code should also be available under transactions but there is no code there just note about original amount purchased!!!
