-- PetroK29, 2024-11-09 ### *---- "Can’t get my certificate on time" This is a terrible service. I ordered a certificate to be sent to my email. Email came with broken links (open empty page), can’t get this certificate in the app - only see a fact of purchase in the history, support hours match exactly my working hours - so impossible to resolve an issue over weekend or after 6pm. And the most annoying - it’s not the first time when none of email or app can show me my certificate. And they haven’t fixed it for several months already. Avoid it at any cost. -- Kseniia.M, 2024-06-24 ### *---- "QA" App is not tested properly. When it comes to purchase after entering all info the button “Continue” is not active. And nothing happens. Also SMS code wasn’t received at first time, only after 6-7 time -- Ukrtam, 2024-06-13 ### *---- "Could not even login" No confirmation code is received, it is impossible to log in either through the app or the website -- Serg1617, 2024-05-05 ### *---- "Жахливий маркетплейс" Не рекомендую тут купувати сертифікати! 18181818181818181, 2023-08-26 [View all giftmall reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## giftmall Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Ukraine | Shopping | #131 | ## giftmall Available In - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/giftmall-WbXl/ukraine) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/giftmall-WbXl/poland) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/giftmall-WbXl/germany) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/giftmall-WbXl/spain) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
