مجرد واجهة لا تعمل يبدو ان الشركة ملزمة من شروط العقد عمل تطبيق فعملوه واتركوه ، لكن لاتستطيع متابعة اي شيء لا مطالبات سابقة ولا حدود المنفعة يعني عادي يستخدمون تامينك وانت ما تدري.

معظم المتقاعدين استخدمو البرنامج لمتابعة المبالغ المخصومة وللاسف هناك مبالغ مخصومة والمريض لم يراجع العياده بالتاريخ نفسه وعند الاتصال بشركة التامين الرد غير مقنع علما بان معظم الاشعات والمناظير ترفض من قبل الشركة والاسباب غير مقنعه للاسف تلاعب عالمتقاعدين لصالح من ؟!!!! والبرنامج يعمل فقط عند التنزيل بعد ذلك يخرج تلقاء نفسه عند الدهول مرة اخرى نرجو معالجة الوضع
