GIGGO is the delivery app for GIG Logistics Technologies Limited, an e-logistics company simplifying the process of deliveries. Want to send an item for quick delivery without moving an inch? This app is for you. Save time and money by opting for delivery services through the GIGGO app. The app allows for seamless shipment creation wherever you are by the tap of a button.  Say good-bye to brick and mortal delivery centres. This is a better way to deliver.

Requesting item pick-up for delivery is easy. Here is how it works:

Create a shipment
Chose vehicle type for delivery
Make payment from wallet
Track shipments

Once a request is made, the app locates a delivery partner nearest to you for fast pick-up and onward delivery. It is delivery simplified.

I was assured of getting my shipment today but the day is almost over and I’ve not heard anything from them. I have been trying to reach them through their customer support line but they kept on wasting my call card without any response. High level of unprofessionalism and negligence I will say.

This isn’t a good app at all, I done not recommend for anyone. Okay I can’t withdraw the money on the app, I get that, but to use the app for purchase airtime and it shows I got debited from my wallet for a transaction that was unsuccessful doesn’t even make sense. And there customer service isn’t reliable, cause they would make claim that the situation is being handled when it’s not. That’s quite incompetent. Don’t waste your time or money.

I wouldn’t even give them a star, it’s really not worth it, try other companies this is trash, imagine them telling me my package has been delivered and I haven’t been given any package, their customer care is pathetic they don’t care at all, Telling me my package missed scanning like are you fr!!!! For up to two weeks my package has been in my state(Lagos) but I’ve not received my package yet, Gig your company is trash so try provision store maybe it’ll work for you

Packages has been sent to me through GIG log within Nigeria a few times. Every sender that’s sent a package to me within Nigeria always goes to a nearby branch and register it there and have it sent to me., cool. Now I did an international shipping, it’s been weeks now, my packages has been received weeks ago, my payment of my international shipping fee of $55 has been received and confirmed, and yet, there’s an error regarding clearing that in the GIGGO app thereby, making my package to still be held onto and not delivered. With so many complaints I’ve lodged, this issue is still yet to be fixed. Such a huge frustration.

I don’t see the point of tracking if one cannot tell where there items being tracked are. You keep seeing “Shipment arrives collation center”, “Shipment departs collation center”, “Shipment arrives collation center” over a period of days without knowing which location is being referenced.

If shipment moved to a center in the destination location , it should be clear. I cannot tell where the goods are which makes tracking pointless.

This app is the worst; once I've finally removed my money from it, I'm deleting it and won't ever advise anybody I know to download or use it. Since downloading the app, I have had the worst experience with it. 

How is it possible that an individual cannot purchase more airtime per transaction than N500? I didn't mind at first, but eventually the N500 transaction would keep failing, and I would have to phone customer service to reverse it because my wallet would be deducted. And that's how the loop continues; it's not a network problem; rather, you have a very subpar tech team.

It is imperative that you invest in your tech and ensure that your app functions flawlessly so that your customers may fully utilize it. really bad service.
