It was really good and have been using the app for a long time but recently it’s been logging me out constantly, closing before even getting a chance to open, when it does open,any jobs that were in review is gone.
Been a long time user of this app, never any issues. Recently they have changed to paying buy “Stripe Technology” & waiting time for your payment has doubled, shows the business pays you right away and over a week now before funds are received, bad change.
I have been using the app for nearly three years now and I have found it really helpful. I have become a busy delivery driver in my area thanks to the app. They are very helpful and polite when you reach them. My only big complaint is they don’t seem to care too much about fixing issues on the app that can affect the reputation of workers. There is a bug in the app since months, the app is recording negative feedback on your record even if you cancel the gig 24hr before or earlier. That’s very unfair because by the rules you are allowed to cancel a gig before 24h without any consequences, however it doesn’t matter if you give 24h notice when you need to cancel the gig or if you cancel it at last minute, it will impact your reputation and records as a worker in the app. I have reached them many times about the issue and they say “they are working on it” but they never fix it. It looks like they don’t care, they seem to care more about the companies that use them than the sole traders who do the work for those companies. Hope they fix the bug and can delete my -10 “cancelled gigs” unfairly recorded on my profile.

Very good for opportunities
I’ve only started using the Gigable app a few weeks now and I couldn’t be more happy with the service form the Gigable team. Always on the ball with any problems and go over the top to help you out. I’d recommend this to anyone. Even earning extra money by doing a few gigs will sort you out for Xmas or other events that are coming up in the near future. It’s a lifesaver. Keep up the brilliant work.
Today i worked as a stewart in aviva stadium. I cant end my gig. I just want to get paid because i worked hard today. I called you but nobody hangs up. So please just look at this problem
I did 2 gig 2 weeks ago, the app show me i will get money at 06.05.2022 money never come true, i was try call rider support send 2 mail as well but nothing. I her again over the phone I need the money and she so ignorant. No the first time 7 months ago I work 1 day and the money why I work for not €8 less. When I get my money never work for this company.
Sign up process is a pain with some elements you need to select appearing off screen, the app also freezes and glitches.
