## GigAlert from Ents24 Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Really useful"
Great little app if you love your music. Shame badges don’t work, I often see a notification pop up when I’m busy but forget to check the details because there’s no badge icon on the app 😞
-- Mick429, 2023-11-13

### ***-- "Don’t get it"
Downloaded the app expecting an app native experience. The second I press “buy” on some tickets, it takes me to a webpage! What on earth? If you’re going to make an app then integrate the whole customer experience not just the notifications!
-- blindpanic, 2023-09-20

### ***-- "Good idea but could be better"
I get loads of alerts for loads of stuff I'm not interested in and then it's missed some I really wanted to see and by the time I've found out about it they've sold out - so a bit annoying - but better than not having anything
-- Bal Matthews, 2023-07-01

### ***** "The latest version is excellent"
I love the new version of the app which shows me the new events by default but I can change the view so easily to see all events at that location.
I’ve already booked 2 new events due to that functionality.
Great job.
-- Jocabe123, 2023-05-25

### ***** "Essential app"
It’s literally the only application on my phone that’s not inside a folder (since it’s not easily categorisable). The daily notifications of new gigs and shows are greatly appreciated and have allowed me to jump on tickets as soon as they go on sale.
Don’t understand how on Earth you signed off that new icon in the most recent update though. It’s ugly. Might have to put the app into a folder now, or make my own shortcut with a different icon to open it.
-- ThisLeeNoble, 2023-05-23

### **--- "Worse since update"
The latest update has made the app worse. Constantly get an “updates failed to load, sorry about that message”
-- Tedst, 2023-04-27

### ***** "Great Live Music Alerts"
Great App for giving me the heads up on bands that are playing live, gives me chance to get there for on sale time. Being able to personalise my alert list is good too both for bands and venues! Cheers
-- Samotomas, 2023-04-13

### *---- "No listings."
Apparently as of 4th October 2022 there are no concerts listed for bands I am following. I happen to know this incorrect because I already have tickets for two performances.
-- Drewdlea, 2022-10-04

### ***** "I would have missed so many great gigs without this"
You choose what and where but they tell you when. Love it. Thanks
-- Deeksone, 2022-09-30

### ***** "Really useful"
Found so many gigs that I wouldn’t have known about before
