## GigHound Description
The GigHound app connects you with businesses in your area that need workers now!
Say goodbye to minimum wage and 2-week pay periods — our platform puts you in the driver's seat, enabling you to take full control of your work-life while earning raises and rewards along the way. High performers can earn their first raise in as little as 3 shifts!
In less than 5 minutes, you can create an account and be ready to take your first shift.

Our app provides you with all the information you need to be successful:

+ Reservation windows
+ Shift details
+ Route planning
+ Required gear
And more…

Unlike other gig platforms and traditional temp agencies, we've built a point system based on your performance so that you always know where you stand and how close you are to your next raise.

Earn Trust
Trust points determine your account standing and are limited to a maximum of 100 – kinda like your health in video games. If you lose all Trust, your account will receive a temporary suspension.

Rank Up
Rank points are how we determine your pay rate and raise schedule. We've set it up so you can earn your first raise in as little as 3 shifts. Say "goodbye" to minimum wage.

Download now and find work today in the following industries:
• Warehousing & Logistics
• Manufacturing
• Food Production
• Loading & unloading
• General labor
• Moving
• Waste Management
• Cleaning
• Landscaping
• Events
