### ***** "A Modern Lifesaver for Gina Parents"
With my first baby, I followed Gina’s routines closely and truly believe they laid the foundations for healthy sleep and eating habits. He’s now a thriving little boy at school, well rested, happy, and confident – something I put down to those early routines.
Back then, I used to type the routines out on A4 sheets just so I could have a quick, practical reference during the day. It worked, but it wasn’t exactly convenient!
Now with my second baby, having everything available in the Gina Ford app is brilliant. The routines are clear, easy to access, and always at my fingertips, which makes following them so much simpler in the middle of busy days. It feels like a modern, practical upgrade to a method I already trust completely.
If you believe in Gina’s approach and want an easy, organised way to follow the routines, this app is absolutely worth it.

### *---- "Just a digital version of the book"
I did Gina Ford with my first child and wished at the time there was an app with more detailed/personalised advice - so when I had my second I was thrilled and downloaded this straight away!

However, I was deeply disappointed to realise this is essentially just a digital version of the book. For £30 I assumed you would get more tailored advice (e.g. you could put your baby’s weight/age and it would suggest feeding quantities). 

The app is very basic and all the content is exactly the same as the book - so save your money and just buy a secondhand copy of the book instead!

### ***** "From Exhausted to Empowered: How the Gina Ford App Transformed Life With Baby Number Five"
As a mum of five, I thought I’d seen it all. With my first four children I simply went with the flow, assuming that months of broken sleep were just part of parenting. But after having my fifth baby, I found myself struggling with low milk supply and multiple night wakings, and the exhaustion quickly caught up with me.

Seeing how tired I was, my mother-in-law suggested I try the Gina Ford Baby App. I’ll be honest—I downloaded it with a fair amount of scepticism. But within just two weeks everything changed. My 8-week-old now settles beautifully by 7pm, has a feed at 10pm, and then sleeps until around 4am. After a quick feed, he’s back down until 7am.

Following the app’s plan for increasing milk supply has made a huge difference too. My milk production has improved so much that I’m now able to begin reducing his formula top-ups.

Having a consistent routine has also made everyday life smoother for the whole family. It means my four older children still get the individual time and attention they need and deserve.

The app/ Gina ford means no more late night googling! She has a plan and answer for everything. Even when her plan doesn’t go to plan she has a problem solving/advice area to ensure you get back on track. 
You don’t even need to worry about “baby brain” because the app will notify you with reminders and keep you right. 
I have used Gina with both my babies and both girls still sleep wonderfully. 
This app is the next best thing to having Gina literally in the room with you. Look no further, I guarantee you will not regret it!

We started using Gina Ford’s routine when our baby was 3.5 weeks old, the baby ‘honeymoon’ phase was over and he was sleeping a lot during the day then wide awake at night, struggling with circadian rhythm. The routine was a life saver for us. From practical advices on nursery set up to problem solving with feeding and sleeping times, our baby eased into the routine nicely and rarely had to cry from hunger and over-tiredness, Gina always gets the timing just right! Baby was sleeping through the night without feeding from 8.5 weeks. 
I was also struggling with breast-feeding and under supply as baby was tongue tied and did not feed very well at the beginning. Using Gina’s plan to increase supply, I went from producing barely enough milk to now being able to give my baby 100% breastmilk (either breast-feeding or expressed milk in a bottle), even without pumping in the middle of the night.
Once we got the hang of things and baby got used to his nap times, the routine can be adapted to fit in activities and going out, we even managed a little beach holiday before he was 12 weeks old and had a great time with our happy contented baby. Babies do thrive on good routine routines indeed!

We were recommended Gina’s routines by close friends and family who have had happy babies that have slept well and thrived with the routines. We had read the book before our baby arrived and were offered to use the trial of the app. 

We started from the day we brought our son back from hospital with Gina’s routine. Everything is new when you bring a new born home - you are very much learning on the job. We had tried a couple of different baby apps from the beginning but soon after downloading the Gina Ford app this was all we needed. The app gave us notifications and reminders (tailored to the age of our baby as he grew) for what to do and when - which proved so much easier than referring to the book. This was especially useful for me when I was combination feeding initially - telling me when to express, when to breast feed and when to bottle feed. Another essential part of the app was the problem solving and advice areas - we soon learned that a baby isn’t a robot and days often didn’t go to plan. At times we encountered a range of issues including multiple night wakenings (when hunger clearly wasn’t the issue), early morning wakening, refusing naps, refusing milk and fussy feeding when weaning. The app had an answer for all of this and more, with information well structured and easy to find for when you’re in a panic, and was vital in getting us quickly back on track.

Now, 9 months on we can honestly say that the app and Gina’s methods have been an absolute lifesaver. We have a baby who started sleeping through the night at 12 weeks, and who friends and family often compliment how happy and contented he is. We couldn’t recommend this enough. Thank you Gina!!
