I feel sorry for the stylist that booked through this app. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the last 10 minutes. I have restarted it several times and the app still keeps loading when I try to book my service. That poor stylist has lost a customer because of this app. -- dee98754245, 2025-08-23 ### **--- "Likely promising but currently buggy" Tried to sign up as a client - went to read Ts&Cs and it wiped all my info. Then went to book an appointment and it wiped out appointment type. Then tried to book flexible and it might have sent a message to the person I picked. But not sure. My frustration level has been exceeded and I’ll resort to the phone… -- Kat zzzzzzz, 2024-09-04 ### *---- "NOT barber approved" This app has so many issues. This is NOT good for barbers who take a lot of DAY OF appointments. It’s slow, it crashes ALOT, the SMS text reminding feature fails, whenever a client cancels and requests a new date it does not alert you of the newly requested date just the cancellation. The chip reader they offer stopped working 3 months into my usage and it has taken their S3 development team MORE than 3+ months to come out with an app update to fix this. Being told “QR/text” payments are the new way. Customer service is only done by email which is extremely frustrating. Overall, for the small business owner reading this just seek another system that will hit all the marks because this one won’t. -- KKensek, 2023-03-20 ### *---- "Can’t get the app to work" After setting up an account it just spins looking for professionals. Completely broken. -- PlayKaty1, 2022-09-14 ### ***** "Easy and Organized" I love Gina’s Platform because it is easy to use and has helped me with my organization SO MUCH! Having everything in one place is truly a game changer. Love it! 5 ⭐️’s -- Mimi1349, 2022-08-01 ### ***** "Sleek look" I love the updated look to the app. -- afh49, 2022-07-29 ### ***** "Love the new look!" Seems to be user friendly! -- bwbabs, 2022-07-26 ### ***** "Love the new design" The new layout is easy to navigate & I love how streamlined the new look is! -- Theo_Bromus, 2022-07-26 ### ***** "Love the improvements!" It’s night and day from the last version. Keep up the great work!! -- Eph9001, 2022-07-14 ### ***-- "Looks Promising" This app looks like its perfect for any beauty type salon. There are some bugs that need to be worked out. I need an easy way to turn off the feature of charging the credit card processing fee to the client. I haven’t been able to do that so I book clients through this app but check them out somewhere else. This makes my prices appear off and random since the fee is added to the online price. -- Ashlet02, 2022-06-10 [View all Gina's Platform reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Gina's Platform Discovered Keywords - gina ## Apps Similar to Gina's Platform - [SQUIRE™ Commander](https://apptail.io/app/squire-commander-Wcmb/united-states) - [Illuzien](https://apptail.io/app/illuzien-mdmb/united-states) - [Stylez](https://apptail.io/app/stylez-odmb/united-states) - [Beautiful Brows and Lashes Pro](https://apptail.io/app/beautiful-brows-and-lashes-pro-krCc/united-states) - [75F Occupant LS](https://apptail.io/app/75f-occupant-ls-eJld/united-states) - [Facilisight](https://apptail.io/app/facilisight-gJld/united-states) - [CheckN - Fast & Easy Check in](https://apptail.io/app/checkn-fast-easy-check-in-hnXd/united-states) - [The Matrix Professional App](https://apptail.io/app/the-matrix-professional-app-Sskk/united-states) - [Next Pro App](https://apptail.io/app/next-pro-app-vwkn/united-states) - [BTC25](https://apptail.io/app/btc25-xXdo/united-states) ## Gina's Platform Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/ginas-platform-OLhc/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/ginas-platform-OLhc/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/ginas-platform-OLhc/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/ginas-platform-OLhc/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
