## Girafit Reviews in United States

### *---- "Great Night Vision but…."
These cameras have the worst security flaws. Esp with the app. There are firmware issues with Mac binding and the app can be hacked. Right now, I’m locked out of my app and cannot get into it with my password or even when I try to forget password and get a passcode to reset. I get tons of errors and time outs. FIX THESE ISSUES! My damn neighbor is a hacker and the FCC told me he’s hacked my cameras 4x now!
-- ItalianOutlander, 2026-09-27

### ***** "They fixed the spyware and malware ads that caused me to leave a 1 star review last time"
So I changed my review back to 5 star but they never sent me the source code to fix all their bugs.
-- Udundchcush, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Nothing changes"
With every update after owning for almost 2yrs this app is still trash live play has worked a few times smooth..It lags and freezes too much I don’t get an alert of a person walking past my house until two minutes after they’re gone cameras sits 2 feet away from modem in the signal was still bad
-- Zeaky, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Removes device automatically"
I either randomly get logged out or my device is no longer registered. This is highly unprofessional.
-- tg1489, 2026-07-26

### *---- "Good camera, terrible app"
I had this camera for years now and it worked great at first but then started lagging and the cloud subscription I paid for each month I cannot access because it continuously crashes. I contact customer service through their live chat and the person was unhelpful and didn’t care to resolve the issue.
-- rayden35431, 2026-07-24

### **--- "No notifications"
Everything is logged an recorded. All my settings / notifications are set on, but I get nothing!
-- 25Frosty, 2026-07-20

### *---- "Useless, unresponsive"
I was using two if the W150 cameras for quite a while without a paid subscription just a SD card. All of a sudden my card could not be detected, I was locked out of my account and I can’t get in. Creating a new account does not work either, and the cameras will not connect to my wi-fi. Customer service is unresponsive to calls or via chat.
I was able to return one camera within the 30 days but not the other.
-- AnneMarieR, 2026-07-16

### *---- "Not good"
I had the window camera and it worked for a while and then I had to reconnect it because for some reason I had to make a new account because the other one was disabled. I can get the camera to connect to WiFi but it won’t register or initialize so I’m tossing these in the trash
-- Momoftwowonderkids, 2026-07-16

### *---- "I cant update my camera"
At first it was a great camera a few months n not so much
-- Ursula Harrell, 2026-07-16

### *---- "App is not working anymore. I’m not able to even sign in"
I’m not sure what happened the camera was fine for about a year and then it’s completely not working. It logged me out of my account. I’ve tried signing into my old account and the forgot password feature doesn’t work. I made a new account and it won’t fully connect. It’s connecting fine to my WiFi but then not going through. I tried the troubleshooting steps which is basically the typical “looping” of there’s something wrong with your equipment not ours. There’s nothing wrong with my WiFi or phone it’s definitely an issue on this app! I’m about to just go buy another Tapo if they can’t fix it. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. Customer support is usually friendly so hoping they can get back to me and fix this. I don’t want to have to make multiple email accounts to try to “log in”. Seems very odd.
