Notifications Don’t work

Disappointing. Had to uninstall - notifications don’t function.

As bad as ever…

Gloriously clunky, unchanged in decades…

Mostly crap

Difficult app to navigate. Quick to default to a general overview of the race, rather than to current news, or a useful page giving information about the current situation. Even a useful map of the race is hard to find. Disappointing.

Poor live viewing

The live view cuts off half the mountains! No idea how far up the climb the riders are once they go above a certain height.

Style over substance

Disappointing, difficult to follow, easy to get a recipe for Risotto Milanese but far more difficult to find rankings and explanation of jerseys !

Details for most riders has appeared!

When I looked in the Teams section, expanded a team and clicked on a rider, it used to consistently tell me “Loading Error - No Data” The one rider that the app did have a profile of was Miguel Angel Lopez...and he had crashed out on the first day’s TT! All that seems to have been fixed now. Well done! Much better.

Can’t set Notifications

Notifications settings do not save so can’t set notifications to on. Would have been good otherwise.

Not as good as TdF or La Vuelta apps

As mentioned before all it seems to do is redirect you to site, not as user friendly in layout and execution as the other two grand tour apps. But also this year it won’t initialise for some reason. All three apps should be the same in my opinion but I don’t think la gazetta dello sport would like that!

Won’t Initialise

Downloads ok, but keeps saying, error in initialisation, loading default settings, then it just stays in that loop no matter what you do. Shame as it worked ok last year. Maybe it’s Covid !!
