I hope there’s a feature where I can turn off this AI generation for my quizzes because it just makes my review session harder than it is. I need to memorize specific words and AI just ruined every moment because it kept on producing AI quizzes I don’t really need. Please, for the love of God, make this possible.

i subscribed to gizmo because i thought it will deduct to my card weekly for $0.99 and when converted to Philippine peso it’s ₱57.67 and when i subscribed it deducted ₱3,000 from my card and i immediately cancelled my subscription. how can i get my money back? please i need my money back.
I really like this app. A few enhancements that I believe would be beneficial include: enabling offline quiz functionality for the deck, introducing more question types such as matching, and ensuring accurate spelling is required (typos should be considered incorrect answers). Since the app utilizes AI, it would be helpful if answers that are semantically similar to the correct answer were also accepted. Additionally, incorporating text-to-speech capabilities, or ways to test myself orally, would be fantastic. I suggest exploring further optimizations using AI. Moreover, please address the lag issues and the false ‘No Signal or Connection’ errors, even when my internet connection is stable. These issues are troublesome, especially when I need to study quickly and the app is unresponsive. Overall, I love this app; it allows me to select specific words in the description as the set answers, and the fact that it’s AI-powered and free is incredible! I am grateful for the app’s wide accessibility and look forward to its continued improvement in the future. Thank you so much!
It’s actually a great app though it sometimes malfunctions please improve this because it gets me sometime to open my decks. So far so good that’s the only problem I noticed for now, it’s very slow.
Uhm why does it say that i cant use it cause i have poor internet connection even though I have a strong wifi connection ? Pls fix i use this everytime for my quizes and examinations 😭
For the love of all that is holy, please please, fix this app! Because for as much as I enjoy Gizmo, interacting with the app is such a chore. Everything takes EONS to load properly and your UI is wack. there's just loads of bugs, and also, can we have the option of, at-least, keeping some decks offline? I mean, it wouldn't hurt wouldn't it? other apps do it, so why not yours? Anyway, fun app, but rife with problems. Please fix.
