Such huge company but their app is constantly with UI bugs, or options not working. Whenever I need to use it something is off..
In such information age when everything is online, automated and easily accessible it’s quite a shame and even embarrassing for such well known company to have such bad performing app! Please do better!

The app doesn’t work. Log in screen is the only screen you’ll get. The smart id code is sent to the device, but when code is entered, nothing happens and the app just says “soon you’ll get the code in your smart id”. Then wanted to try the log in via internet bank, but the bank selection button doesnt work - nothing happens when the bank is selected. So basically an app that can not even be used.

I used several insurance app. BTA, IF, ERGO and this is the worse one:
-Every time need to login- in others you can log in with face id or password
- I don’t see left amount that can be used- in other ones it is clearly seen.
-to fill reward form need to fill in a lot of information in other app you can just send a photo. 
Please update you application till 21 st centenary.
