I keep experiencing a game breaking bug that forces a crash every time I’m grinding after the first arena. Shortly into the second arena, between day 40 and day 62, when loading into town, my character model spawns above the platform, drops there, dies and the game promptly crashes.

Every time I load up my save file, my level 27 mage is in the market area and he makes a hurt sound even though I easily won the prior fight. It lasts a fraction of a second and the whole app crashes. No progress can be made. I tried clicking inventory, shops anything before it crashes, but it’s not possible. I was really enjoying it too :(

But tbh, this is one of the best apps. I love turned based rpgs and this is challenging in the best way

Every time I get to the 4 gladiator fight it won’t let me play the fight it’s really annoying because this was my favorite game until it started doing this I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing works i really hope this issue gets resolved so I can play it again oh and if it matters I play on an iPhone 13 Pro Max so maybe it still works for other devices idk

I'd like to write a more comprehensive review, but the game quite literally doesn't allow you to progress past the fourth fight. I assume it's some weird coding bug, where the fight is inaccessible... even though it shows as available. 

Beside that, it earns 2/5 stars for everything else. When you rest you refill health/stam/mana, as well as get exp and gold and gear due to a fight with a random enemy matching your level. 

Three classes to choose from (fighter/rogue/maga) which all three seem fun. 

Couldn't play to much to get a full feel due to the game breaking bug. Hopefully it gets fixed. Reminded me of some childhood favorites from Kongregate. Rip to that website.

Very enjoyable concept, but you could hardly call this a game. You CANNOT pass the 3rd stage. Not because of difficulty, but due too a neglectful development team that has ignored their community for months. After the most recent update (4 months ago for ‘bug fixes’ and ‘iOS 14’,) a bug appeared that prevents you from accessing the 4th opponent and makes this “game” completely unplayable. Gladiator Rising Demo is what this should be called. Many people have voiced their concerns, and no action has been taken. I strongly discourage anyone from downloading and wasting their time. I would say try out the 2nd Gladiator Rising, but it is just as buggy and neglected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNTILL FIXED

Seriously? What sad excuse of a game is this? It’s impossible to enter a battle with the 4th opponent in the 1st arena, thereby preventing you from ever progressing.
